Privacy notice. How this site handles personal data.

Last updated 8 September 2026

Who we are

anyKrowd NV, a Belgian public limited company with its registered office at Allee de la Recherche 10, 1070 Anderlecht, Belgium, enterprise number 0765.343.064, is the controller of the personal data described here. You can reach us at info@anykrowd.com. Our full identification is on the legal notice page.

What this site does with your data

This website sets no cookies. It uses no analytics, no advertising tags and no third party scripts. It does not build a profile of you and it makes no automated decisions about you.

The demo form on the home page is disabled. It sends nothing, stores nothing and reaches no one. When it is switched on we will process the name, work email address and the event or venue you type in it, for one purpose: to answer your request. The legal basis will be Article 6(1)(b) GDPR, taking steps at your request before entering into a contract. Giving us that information will be neither a legal nor a contractual obligation; without an email address we simply cannot reply. This page names the processor that receives it before the form is switched on.

Our hosting provider records standard technical data for every request, including your IP address, the page requested and your browser's user agent, in order to serve the site and to protect it against abuse.

Who else sees it

  • Vercel Inc., 440 N Barranca Ave #4133, Covina, CA 91723, United States, hosts this website. Its current subprocessor list is at security.vercel.com.
  • Cloudflare, Inc. answers the DNS queries for our domain. It is not in the path of your visit to this site and does not see your requests to it.

We do not sell personal data and we do not share it for advertising.

Transfers outside the European Economic Area

Vercel Inc. is established in the United States and its primary processing facilities are in the United States, so personal data processed in connection with this website may be transferred outside the EEA. That transfer is covered by the Standard Contractual Clauses adopted by the European Commission. Ask us at info@anykrowd.com for a copy.

How long we keep it

Demo requests: kept only as long as needed to follow up on the request, and deleted on request. Hosting request logs are kept for as long as our hosting provider retains them for the plan this site runs on.

Your rights

You can ask us for access to your personal data, and for its rectification or erasure. You can ask us to restrict processing, and you can object to processing based on our legitimate interests. Where processing is carried out by automated means, you can ask for your data in a portable format. Write to info@anykrowd.com and we will answer within one month.

If you think we have handled your data wrongly, tell us first and we will try to put it right. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Belgian Data Protection Authority, Gegevensbeschermingsautoriteit, Rue de la Presse 35, 1000 Brussels, gegevensbeschermingsautoriteit.be.

Changes

If we change how this site handles personal data, we change this page and the date at the top of it.
